Abstract: A shock absorber and two packaging systems. The shock absorber is to he attached to an object to be packaged, and the shock absorber includes a first shock absorber including a first base structure having a frame shape and at least one first shock-absorbing rib disposed inside the first base structure, and a second shock absorber having a second base structure in a shape of a plate and at least one second shock-absorbing rib disposed on a plane of the second base structure. In the shock absorber, the first shock absorber and the second shock absorber are coupled to each other. One of the two packaging systems includes shock absorbers including the shock absorber, and two of the shock absorbers are used for each object to be packaged. In the other one of the two packaging systems, four of the shock absorbers are used for each object to be packaged.
