  • Publication number: 20090084787
Abstract: The present invention provides a packaging container in which the innertape can tightly seal an opening section provided on a top wall surface of the container from the under side, and also can easily and sharply be broken at a position near an edge portion of the opening section when the pull-tab is pealed off in association with an operation for unsealing the opening section, a method of producing the innertape for the packaging containers, and an innertape for the containers.

  • Publication number: 20070166471
Abstract: A process of manufacturing a laminated packing material in which ascorbic acid and the like can bring out the best in functionality and which does not complicate the lamination operation of the laminated packing material and does not impair the lamination properties of the laminated packing material is provided.

  • Patent number: 6969552
Abstract: A pellet to be used in a multi-layer laminate for storing liquid foods, comprising a hydrophilic reducing organic compound and a hydrophilic and water insoluble thermoplastic resin, wherein the hydrophilic reducing organic compound is kneaded with the hydrophilic and water insoluble thermoplastic resin. The kneaded compound comprised of the hydrophilic reducing organic compound and the hydrophilic and water insoluble thermoplastic resin is then kneaded with a hydrophobic thermoplastic resin and formed into a pellet. The pellet is such that 50 grams of the pellet when stored at 15° C. for one week in a sealed 180 ml container requires the presence of water in order to absorb oxygen.

  • Patent number: 6858106
Abstract: The invention provides a manufacturing method of a good laminate packaging which does not have the delamination between layers and a method of manufacturing of the laminate for packaging containing a barrier layer such as an aluminum foil and, fibrous carrier layer, etc. The deoxidant of vitamin E, ascorbic acid or its derivative is adhered/attached, to the inside of a barrier layer web, the barrier layer is temporarily rolled round by the reel shape, kept, and laminated by the extrusion lamination by the molten polyolefin.

  • Publication number: 20050037191
Abstract: Packaging material is provided, which is comprised of laminates includes a core material of paper or polyolefin including inorganic filler. An innermost layer of the packaging material comprises linear low-density polyethylene produced by using metallocene catalyst and fine inorganic filler. The packaging material has superior sealability and strength, as well as good openability.

  • Patent number: 5732825
Abstract: A packaging container having an enhanced sealing performance includes a packaging material, an outside strip and a strip tape. The opposite side edges of the packaging material are overlapped with each other so that the outermost layer and the innermost layer of the packaging material face each other. The outside strip is interposed between the outermost layer and the innermost layer and is fused and joined with these layers so that a longitudinal sealing portion is formed. The outside strip has an outside layer and an inside layer. The strip tape is placed on the inner surface of the packaging container along the sealing portion, and is joined thereto by heat fusion. The innermost layer of the packaging material and the outside layer of the outside strip are made of a non-olefin flavor-retaining resin, and the outermost layer of the packaging material and the inside layer of the outside strip are made of a polyolefin resin.
