  • Patent number: 5964092
Abstract: An electronic cooling apparatus which circulates a cooled refrigerant and supplies the refrigerant to a pad, includes a heat transfer path, 1st to nth electronic cooling devices, a temperature sensor, and a controller. The heat transfer path is arranged in a refrigerant supply path to the pad. The 1st to nth electronic cooling devices have cooling surfaces bonded to the heat transfer path such that heat can be transferred. The temperature sensor is attached to at least one of the cooling surfaces of the 1st to nth electronic cooling devices. The controller controls power supply to the 1st to nth electronic cooling devices on the basis of a temperature of the cooling surface of the electronic cooling device, which is detected by the temperature sensor, thereby maintaining a temperature of the refrigerant to the pad within a predetermined range.

  • Patent number: 5454730
Abstract: A contact element of a plug-in connector in which the peeled portions of electric wires are inserted includes a substantially U-shaped conductive plate and a leaf-like spring member. The conductive plate is formed by bending and constituted by a proximal end portion having a plurality of electric wire insertion holes and long and short bent pieces bent at two edges of said proximal end portion. The leaf-like spring member has one end side caught by the long bent piece of the conductive plate and a plurality of strip-like tongue pieces that are to be engaged with the inner side of said short bent piece and extending obliquely from the other end side thereof toward the long bent piece.

  • Patent number: 5318331
Abstract: A robot finger structure includes a first joint member, a second joint member, a fluid pipe, and a third joint. The first joint member has a fluid path. The second joint member has a fluid path and is pivotally supported by the first joint member while the fluid path of the second joint member communicates with the fluid path of the first joint member, pivotal movement of the second joint member being stopped upon abutment with the first joint member. The fluid pipe supplies a fluid to the fluid path of the first joint member. The third joint member is pivotally supported by the second joint member, is pivoted upon reception of a pressure of the fluid supplied to the first and second joint members through the fluid paths, and is brought into contact with the second joint member.
