  • Publication number: 20050238390
Abstract: An image forming apparatus, including: an image bearing member for bearing and conveying an electrostatic image; a first developer carrying member for carrying and conveying a developer toward a first developing position; and a second developer carrying member disposed in a second developing position on a downstream side with respect to the first developing position in a movement direction of the image bearing member, the developer carried and conveyed by the first developer carrying member being delivered to the second developer carrying member, in which when a time period required to move a developer image obtained through a development operation by the first developer carrying member in the first developing position from the first developing position to the second developing position is assigned TA, and a time period required to move the developer on the first developer carrying member when the developing operation is carried out from the first developing position to the second developing position when the

  • Patent number: 6926558
Abstract: A first terminal block having first terminals to be in contact with terminals of a plug is incorporated in a housing. The first terminals are exposed to an internal space portion 1e of the housing, while the rear ends of the first terminals project at the rear of the block. A second terminal block has second terminals to be connected to a motherboard the modular jack should be attached to. Electronic parts a are mounted on an internal board. The internal board includes through-hole-like terminals or notch-like terminals to which the first and second terminals and should be soldered. Winding terminals of winding parts are inserted and soldered to through holes of the internal board.

  • Publication number: 20040197110
Abstract: In a device for controlling the amount of toner replenished to a developing device depending on the density of a reference image formed on a photoconductor, if the toner density of a developer in the developing device fluctuates extremely; there may occur toner scattering, formation of coarse or rough images, and carrier attachment. To overcome those problems, a photosensor is disposed to detect the toner density in the developing device, and when an output of the photosensor is outside of a predetermined range, a target value to be compared with the detected density of the reference image is modified.

  • Publication number: 20040110422
Abstract: A first terminal block 3 having first terminals 2 to be in contact with terminals of a plug is incorporated in a housing 1. The first terminals 2 are exposed to an internal space portion 1e of the housing 1, while the rear ends of the first terminals 2 project at the rear of the block 3. A second terminal block 5 has second terminals 4 to be connected to a motherboard the modular jack should be attached to. Electronic parts 7a and 7b are mounted on an internal board 6. The internal board 6 includes through-hole-like terminals 6a and 6b or notch-like terminals to which the first and second terminals 2 and 4 should be soldered. Winding terminals 8 of winding parts are inserted and soldered to through holes 6c and 6d of the internal board 6.

  • Patent number: 6215386
Abstract: A combined-type coil device provided with a core, a first coil and a second coil, where the core is provided with at least four through holes and the through holes are roughly parallel to one another. When a combination of two through holes constitutes a first through holes pair and the combination of the remaining two through holes constitutes a second through holes pair, a center line passing through the centers of the holes in the first through hole pair and a center line passing through the centers of the holes in the second through hole pair extend almost perpendicular to each other. The first coil passes through the first through hole pair, whereas the second coil passes through the second through hole pair.

  • Patent number: 5815286
Abstract: A threshold matrix is divided into a plurality of sub-matrices Tij of an equal size. The difference between a plurality of threshold data included in each sub-matrix Tij is set to a specific value while the plurality of threshold data are arranged at random in each sub-matrix Tij. In case that each sub-matrix is a 2.times.2 arrangement, there are eight diagonal patterns where two relatively small threshold data are arranged diagonally while two relatively large threshold data are also arranged diagonally. A threshold matrix having the sufficiently high spatial frequency and allowing smooth tone reproduction can be prepared by selecting one of the eight diagonal patterns at random. A plurality of threshold matrices for respective color separations thus prepared will reduce the graininess and muddiness of colors in a reproduced color image. A plurality of threshold matrices can be produced from one original threshold matrix by extracting part of the threshold matrix.

  • Patent number: 5056209
Abstract: A process for manufacturing clad metal tubing from two different types of metals having different deformation resistances is disclosed. The process comprises preparing a combined billet having two blank pipes arranged concentrically with each other, the pipes being made of different metals, and applying hot extrusion to the billet while adjusting the heating temperature of the pipe such that a pipe of the metal having a higher deformation resistance is heated to a higher temperature.

  • Patent number: 4911474
Abstract: A light weight, low center of gravity motorcycle having a frame assembly comprised of a main frame member that extends rearwardly and downwardly to a rear wheel support and upwardly extending portion that defines a recess adapted to support the fuel tank. The recess has sufficient volume so as to provide a large volume of the fuel tank in this area to minimize the changes in center of gravity as fuel is consumed from the tank. A seat rail assembly is affixed to this upwardly extending portion for supporting a seat and contains an integral lubricant tank that forms a structural element of the seat rail assembly.
