  • Patent number: 8877106
Abstract: There are provided a forming device capable of drying at a high speed and of manufacturing a thermosetting resin foam plate more efficiently and stably without multilayering any unnecessary surface material, and a method of efficiently manufacturing a thermosetting resin foam plate therefor. A thermosetting resin foam plate is manufactured by: mixing a resin composition containing at least a thermosetting resin, a foaming agent and a curing agent in a mixer; continuously discharging the resin composition on a traveling air-permeable and flexible surface material, and at the same time covering the upper surface of the resin composition with an air-permeable and flexible surface material; and passing the covered resin composition through a forming device equipped with conveyors having apertures having an aperture area ratio of 15% or more and 80% or less to form and cure the resin composition.

  • Patent number: 4985188
Abstract: A process for producing a cross-linked laminated film by:(a) forming a laminate by disposing at least one polyolefin resin layer (II) on one side of an oxygen barrier core layer (I); and then disposing an adhesive shrinkable resin layer (III) and sealing resin layer (IV) in this order on the other side of said core layer (I),(b) irradiating an electron beam to laminate from the surface side of the layer (II) so as to cause the layer (II) to have a gel fraction x at the outside portion of 25-70% by weight, a gel fraction y at the inner portion contacting the side of the layer (I) of 40% by weight or less, and a gradient of gel fraction represented by y/x of 0.6 or less, without cross-linking the layer (IV), and(c) stretching the thus cross-linked laminate.

  • Patent number: 4863768
Abstract: A heat shrinkable cylindrical laminated film having a polyvinylidene chloride type resin (I) as an oxygen gas barrier core layer, on the both surface side of which 1 or 2 resin layers are arranged respectively and consisting of 3-5 layers with total, characterized in that the cylindrical exterior surface resin layer on said layer (I) comprises a crosslinked polyolefin type resin layer (II) having a gel fraction [x] at the outermost layer of 25-70% by weight, a geld fraction [y] at the surface layer in the side of the layer (I) of 40% by weight or less and a gradient of gel fraction represented by [y/x] of 0.6 or less and the joint of said layers (I) and (II) comprises a laminate of a joint in a state denaturated by electron rays.
