  • Patent number: 7910153
Abstract: Acceptance/rejection of a deposition condition is judged by detecting an exothermic quantity of a deposition portion 3 by using an infrared beam sensor 2 during laser deposition of a resin material 4 having transmissibility to a laser beam and a resin material 5 having absorptivity to the laser beam L. The exothermic condition of the deposition portion is detected by using an infrared beam sensor matching with a wavelength of an infrared beam having a high transmission factor from infrared beam transmission characteristics of the transmissible resin to judge whether or not suitable energy is applied to the deposition portion and whether or not the deposition portion is formed. The exothermic quantity of the transmissible resin is detected by an infrared beam sensor 2A to judge acceptance or rejection of the deposition portion even when the applied energy changes.

  • Publication number: 20090223938
Abstract: A fusing quality control method and apparatus are disclosed in which the film detachment process is accurately controlled by monitoring the surface temperature of a terminal and detecting the timing at which the temperature provisionally drops and then rises again. The thermal caulking process, on the other hand, is accurately controlled by accumulating the terminal temperature to determine the heat amount charged into the film covered electric wire 3 and by monitoring whether the accumulated heat amount has entered a preset range or not.

  • Publication number: 20090206061
Abstract: A method of controlling fusing by executing a process of peeling a coating by correspondingly controlling the electric current flowing into a coated electric wire 3 through a bent terminal 2 while monitoring the surface temperature of the bent terminal 2 at the time of welding a work W that has the coated electric wire 3 held by the bent terminal 2 by flowing the electric current into the coated electric wire 3 through the bent terminal 2; and a process of thermal caulking by correspondingly controlling the electric current flowing into the coated electric wire 3 through the bent terminal 2 while monitoring the quantity of heat generated in the work W.

  • Patent number: 5587091
Abstract: A control apparatus for resistance welding includes a time measuring device for measuring an energization time of a welding current, the energization time being required by a given electrode displacement during welding between an electrical conductive weld member and a member to be welded which are arranged between two electrodes. A time difference calculating device is operative for calculating a time difference between the energization time measured by the time measuring device and a preset target energization time. A feedback control device is operative for correctively increasing and decreasing a welding current, which occurs at a next weld timing, on the basis of the time difference calculated by the time difference calculating device.
