    Abstract: A cleaning medium suction unit is provided. The cleaning medium suction unit includes a container, a vibration plate, a vibration source, and a suction member. The container contains a cleaning medium. The vibration plate is disposed inside the container, and has an upper surface on which the cleaning medium is to be placed. The vibration source vibrates the vibration plate. The suction member is disposed above the upper surface of the vibration plate forming a gap therebetween, and has a suction opening to suck the cleaning medium with a negative pressure.
