  • Patent number: 7083399
Abstract: A motor-driven compressor includes a housing having a compression portion for compressing refrigerant, a motor for driving the compression portion, and a drive circuit for controlling the motor. A connection member having a plate shape is disposed at one end of the motor. The connection member connects a plurality of coils of the motor to the drive circuit. In such motor-driven compressors, because the rolling and bundling of electrical wires extending from coils to connect the drive circuit are not necessary, the size of the motor-driven compressor may be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20050268594
Abstract: A combined cycle power plant of the present invention is configured of a compressor; a combustor for combusting compressed air compressed by the compressor together with supplied fuel; a gas turbine driven by a combustion gas exhausted from the combustor; a heat recovery steam generator for recovering high temperature exhaust heat exhausted from the gas turbine; a steam turbine driven by steam obtained from the heat recovery steam generator; and an exhaust gas duct having an HRSG inlet duct that is provided between the gas turbine and the heat recovery steam generator and introduces an exhaust passage into the heat recovery steam generator, and a bypass stack that leads the exhaust gas outside, wherein the exhaust duct is configured of a damper, a damper drive for changing any of angle and opening of the damper, and a guide mechanism for preventing a vibration of the damper.

  • Patent number: 6772027
Abstract: A method of configuring a vehicle assembly line includes the steps of classifying a vehicle assembly line (10) into at least three zones (20 to 60) by grouping assembly parts based on the positions for installation operation, assembly procedures, and the functions of the parts, setting, for each classified zone, a standard assembly man-hour used commonly for all vehicle models, comparing the standard assembly man-hour with the assembly man-hour for each vehicle model and zone, and positioning the zone with the largest assembly man-hour for each zone adjacent to the zone with the next larger assembly man-hour, whereby a middle tact (M) can be adopted between a long tact (L) and a short tact (S), and the average speed of the line and accordingly the productivity can be increased by moving the assembly line by selectively using the three speeds.

  • Patent number: 4214301
Abstract: In an automatic control system, controls receive an input indicative of a deviation between feedback and demand signals and produce an output which in turn is applied to a plant to control it. A diagnostic device includes a model having an equivalent characteristic to the controls and receives the deviation signal. When a noise coming into the automatic control system is detected or when a deviation between the outputs of the model and controls is sufficiently small, no model operation is performed, and the output of the controls is determined as that of the model. However, when the deviation between the outputs of the model and the controls is large, the model is supplied with an input thereby performing a model operation. A resultant output of the model is then compared with the output of the controls to produce an alarm indicative of an abnormal state of the controls in accordance with a deviation between these outputs.
