The volume resistance of the conductive film is 0.05 ?·cm or more and/or the surface resistance thereof is 100 ?/sq or more. When the surface resistance of the first electrode section before a bending test is denoted by R1 and that after the bending test is denoted by R2, R2/R1<18 is satisfied.

The conductive parts respectively extend in primary directions, and have two or more conductive patterns made from metal wires arranged in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction. The conductive pattern is constituted by serially connecting two or more large gratings in the first direction, and each of the large gratings is constituted by combining two or more small gratings. Around the edges of the large grating, non-connective patterns are formed from metal wires which are not connected with the large gratings.

A part of the surface of the front cover opposed to the light source includes a heating element having a three-dimensional curved surface. The heating element includes a mesh pattern having intersections of a large number of grids formed of conductive metallic filaments and a first electrode and a second electrode formed at both opposed ends of the mesh pattern. The projection shape of the outline of the entire mesh pattern is formed in a rectangular shape having the longitudinal direction, for example, between the first electrode and the second electrode.

The conductive portion of a first conductive film includes mesh patterns having multiple intersecting points (intersecting portions), which are constituted of a plurality of first metal filaments and a plurality of second metal filaments, and the conductive portion between the intersecting portions is formed into an undulating shape having at least one curve. The first conductive film is shaped such that the curves are arcuate and two arcs are formed continuously between the intersecting portions, wherein the protrusion-recess directions of the arcs are opposite to each other. Each arc has a center angle of about 90 degrees. Moreover, the conductive portion has a crossing angle of about 90 degrees.
