  • Publication number: 20100238634
Abstract: A correcting fitting clamped by elasticity at least on one part of an edge portion of a printed circuit board for correcting warpage or flexure of the printed circuit board. The correcting fitting has a clamping portion for coming into band-shaped abutting contact with both faces of the printed circuit board along the edge portion of the printed circuit board. The clamping portion is bent in such a manner that at least a portion thereof is directed toward the edge portion of the printed circuit board. The bending strength of the correcting fitting against warpage and flexure of the printed circuit board can be enhanced by the clamping portion. Further, since fixing elements such as screws are not used to mount the correcting fitting, the number of parts of the printed circuit board and the number of steps for assembling the same can be reduced to thereby lower cost and achieve high-density packaging.

  • Publication number: 20060190349
Abstract: At access from the orderer terminal, an order support server sends to the orderer terminal an order input form to order a concealing item to conceal a radio base station of cellulars. Upon receipt of order information from the orderer terminal, the information including the order input form containing at least orderer information, environmental conditions regarding a radio base station of cellular phones and an item name of the radio base station, and image data being attached thereto and showing an installation state of the radio base station, the order support server selects a designing maker according to the item name of the radio base station in the order information. The order support server then transmits the order information to the order receiver terminal of the designing maker thus selected. Therefore, the business area manager can easily order a concealing item of a radio base station of cellular phones.

  • Patent number: 6945443
Abstract: A device for parting a laminated substrate used for a liquid crystal cell is provided which is capable of obtaining, at a time of the parting, a parting line being vertical to a face on which a scribe line is formed, thus enabling prevention of a failure in the parting of the laminated substrate. To part the laminated substrate made of a first substrate and a second substrate into a plurality of substrates used for the liquid crystal cell, the scribe line is formed on one substrate out of the first substrate and second substrate along a boundary of the substrate used for the liquid crystal cell and multiple parting force is applied by timesharing to the other substrate out of the first and second substrates along the scribe line.

  • Patent number: 6621551
Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel is placed on a fixed base and an anisotropic film is set in a position relative to the orientation layer of the display panel. Linearly polarized light is directed to the panel and the anisotropic film and light passing through them are detected. According to the intensity of the detected light, the angle of orientation of the anisotropic film is adjusted relative to the orientation layer. Angular misalignment, which may exist between the anisotropic film and the orientation layer, is minimized.

  • Patent number: 6005653
Abstract: A liquid crystal display element cell is obtained by setting two substrates to oppose each other at a predetermined gap and sealing a liquid crystal in the space formed between the substrates. An apparatus for sealing the liquid crystal display element cell includes seal rings, pressure plates, a pressure mechanism, and a compressed gas supply mechanism. The seal rings are formed to surround the display surface of the liquid crystal display element cell. Each seal ring has a Z-shaped section. Each pressure plate has a groove which fits with a corresponding seal ring therein, and a pressurized air injection port on the inner side of which is surrounded by the groove. Each pressure plate is placed on the upper and lower surfaces of the liquid crystal display element cell to be in contact with the seal rings. Pressure regions are formed in the spaces surrounded by the pressure plates, the liquid crystal display element cell, and the seal rings.
