  • Patent number: 6916762
Abstract: An FCC catalyst which not only deactivates catalyst poison metals, such as nickel, vanadium and the like, in feedstock oils, inhibits the generation of hydrogen or coke, has excellent cracking activity and bottom oil-treating ability, and can yield a gasoline and LCO fraction in high yields, but also retains the performances on a high level over long and has an improved catalyst life; and an FCC method using the catalyst. The FCC catalyst has a compound of a bivalent metal or of bivalent and trivalent metals showing an XRD pattern of a carbonate of the bivalent metal; an inorganic oxide matrix and the compound dispersed therein; or an inorganic oxide matrix and the compound dispersed therein together with a crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite, and relates to an FCC method in which at least one of the catalysts are used in combination with an FCC catalyst obtained by evenly dispersing a crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite in an inorganic oxide matrix.

  • Patent number: 5802595
Abstract: The invention provides a serial data transfer apparatus wherein communication management for serial communication data of a low rate can be executed without an increase in hardware or software scale and such communication management and event management of communication data can be selectively executed. The serial data transfer apparatus includes a control circuit which in turn includes a latch circuit which generates a write control signal to write, each time one communication is completed, a time base count value into a storage region of a reception buffer corresponding to input data. The serial data transfer apparatus further includes a multiplexer which selects, in response to a mode signal supplied thereto, one of a first clock signal and a second clock signal corresponding to the write control signal and supplies the selected clock signal as a count clock signal to a time base counter.

  • Patent number: 5481729
Abstract: An interrupt controller is so configured that if the priority level is divided into 2.sup.n or less levels, the priority levels are scanned in the order of 2.sup.n .fwdarw.2.sup.n-1 .fwdarw.. . . 2.sup.0, and the priority levels having the same order of priority are scanned on the basis of the default values at only one timing. Therefore, even if interrupt requests having the same priority levels compete with each other, an interrupt request signal having the highest priority level can be detected from the competing interrupt requests with only (n+1) timings.

  • Patent number: 5383154
Abstract: A memory circuit includes a RAM having a memory cell section and a bit manipulation section for controlling a writing of a bit unit to the memory cell section. The RAM is configured to be able to be read and written at different timings by at least two devices. A register stores mask bits for controlling an operation of the bit manipulation section for each bit of data written to the memory cell section. In the bit manipulation operation, a content of a memory cell within the memory cell corresponding to an inactive bit in the register is rewritten by the bit manipulation section, but a content of a memory cell within the memory cell corresponding to the active bit in the register is maintained as it is.
