    Abstract: A light irradiation device includes a blower unit that provides an air flow flowing in a first direction P, and a light emitting unit that outputs luminous flux to irradiate a scalp or hair as an irradiation target part. The light emitting unit is provided on the first direction P side of the blower unit. The light emitting unit includes a cover member that transmits the luminous flux and that is replaceably provided.
