  • Patent number: 9314802
Abstract: Disclosed is a spraying tube device capable of, even in a case where a spray solution having low latent heat is used in a falling film type evaporator, uniformly spraying the spray solution to a heat-transfer tube, and a heat exchanger using the spraying tube device. The spraying tube device includes: a spraying tube configured to eject a spray solution M upward through ejection holes arranged along a tube axis C; a cover arranged above the spraying tube and configured to receive the ejected spray solution M and cause the spray solution M to flow through a space S between the cover and the spraying tube to flow downward on an outer surface of the spraying tube, and fins configured to uniformize in a tube axis C direction a distribution of the spray solution M having flowed downward from the cover.

  • Patent number: 9103404
Abstract: Providing a vehicle damper device enabling acquisition of hysteresis torque with a simple structure. When the stoppers 96 and 97 are actuated and the relative rotation is regulated between the plates 90, 92 and the disc plate 56, a slip occurs between the plates 90, 92 and the hub member 58. As a result, a friction force is generated between the plates 90, 92 and the hub member 58, and a hysteresis torque is generated based on this friction force. Since this configuration can be achieved by simply providing the plates 90, 92, the clip 94, and the stoppers 96, 97, the hysteresis torque can be acquired with a simple configuration without a significant design change.

  • Patent number: 6302227
Abstract: A hybrid powered vehicle is capable of running forward and backward under various conditions (e.g., by a motor) and enables the regeneration of energy during the reduction of speed without increasing the full length, weight, cost and the like of a transmission. The hybrid powered vehicle has a planetary gear unit, which comprises the following three elements: a ring gear, a sun gear, and a carrier pivotally supporting a planetary pinion arranged between the carrier and the sun gear. The planetary gear unit is disposed between an engine and an electric motor. The hybrid powered vehicle also has a forward/backward rotation switching mechanism, which comprises a brake for braking a first element that is one of the above-mentioned three elements and a clutch for connecting and disconnecting two elements among the above-mentioned three elements.

  • Patent number: 5928104
Abstract: A structure for supporting a one-way clutch between a planetary gear mechanism and the casing of an automatic transmission. The one-way clutch prevents reverse rotation of a speed-change gear. In the one-way clutch, an outer race and the planetary gear mechanism are integrally fixed to each other. An inner race and the casing are in meshing engagement with each other through a spline formed therebetween. Further, a meshing clearance is formed in the spline such that the inner race can move radially relative to the casing within a range of maintaining the meshed state.

  • Patent number: 5687615
Abstract: A manual transmission includes a shift rail connected to a shift lever and supported by a housing so as to be axially movable, a sleeve connected to the shift rail, and a poppet plug for positioning the shift rail. When the speed change is completed by the operation of shift lever, the positioning ball of the poppet plug engages with one of poppet grooves formed in the shift rail, and the end portion of the shift rail abuts on the housing surface. As a result, the shift rail is axially held by the housing surface and the positioning ball of the poppet plug, so that the axial displacement of the shift rail is prevented. For this reason, even if a vibration occurs on the sleeve, the transmission of vibration from the sleeve to the shift lever via interposing elements including the shift rail is prevented, whereby a feeling of shifting operation is improved.
