  • Patent number: 9221659
Abstract: A loading system that includes a transporter and a loader or a transporter is provided. It includes a load-amount measuring unit installed on the transporter that measures a load amount of an object loaded on the transporter; a difference computing unit computing a difference between the load amount measured by the load-amount measuring unit when the object is loaded, and a load amount measured by the load-amount measuring unit after a measurement when the object is loaded and at a time of traveling; a storage unit storing a difference value data indicating the difference computed by the difference computing unit; a correcting unit correcting the load amount measured by the load-amount measuring unit when the object is loaded, based on a correction rule calculated based on the difference value data stored in the storage unit; and a display unit displaying a corrected load amount obtained by correcting the load amount.

  • Patent number: 9165330
Abstract: In a management system of the mining machine, a management device collects operation information about the dump truck via a management-side wireless communication device. Routes along which the dump truck travels are identified based on position information, included in the operation information about the dump truck, about at least four locations included in a route along which the dump truck moves to a location where the dump truck unloads a load, to a location where the dump truck loads a load, and to a location where the dump truck unloads the load again.

  • Patent number: 9105137
Abstract: An information collection device of an information collection system of a mining machine collects operation information from the dump truck. The information collection device transmits a position information request command to request the transmission of position information about the dump truck through a second wireless communication device at a predetermined time. When the dump truck whose response to the position information request command is received by the second wireless communication device can stay in the communication range of an in-vehicle wireless communication device until the communication of the operation information of the dump truck ends, the information collection device collects the operation information of the dump truck whose response is received by the second wireless communication device.

  • Patent number: 8533018
Abstract: To predict the service life of a construction machine more accurately, and to make it possible to draw up an appropriate overhaul implementation plan at an early stage. A first service life prediction unit 311 predicts the service lives of main components such as an engine and the like, based upon their actual wear states. And a second service life prediction unit 312 predicts the service lives of the same components, based upon their cumulative load amounts. An order setting unit 320 selects the ones of these two predicted service lives which are the shorter, and sets a priority order for overhaul in order of shortness of predicted service life. An overhaul schedule table generation unit 330 creates a schedule table D1 based upon this priority order. The contents of this schedule table D1 are decided upon by a judgment unit 340, and, if necessary, are corrected by a correction unit 341.

The result of the overhaul task and the present states of components are tested, and these test results are reflected by the service life prediction units 311 and 312.

  • Patent number: 6778893
Abstract: Abnormality can be judged accurately by considering information other than a sensor-detected value. Determination of an abnormality degree, namely an urgency degree, is enabled, and an abnormality can be processed accurately according to the determined result. Only information really useful is given to the side of an administrator, and the communications cost is suppressed. Server unit 11 of manufacturer 10 judges the abnormality degree of a construction machine on the basis of a combination of all or two of first to third construction machine information D1, D2, D3 collected. The server unit 11 of the manufacturer 10 ranks the abnormality degree of the construction machine in respective levels of Rank 1 (Normal), Rank 2 (Warning), Rank 3 (Abnormal) and Rank 4 (Emergency) on the basis of the number of occurred times of error codes collected for the unit time.

  • Patent number: 6021361
Abstract: When the amount of a change in load current supplied to a grinder is not more than a predetermined threshold value, the amount of piercing into a workpiece by the grinder is controlled according to the load current. When the amount of a change in load current exceeds the predetermined threshold value, the grinding speed of the grinder is controlled according to the load current. When performing a plurality of operations with one robot, a position correction value calculated in one operation is utilized to correct a target position in another operation.
