  • Publication number: 20110141932
Abstract: In a node device 1 in a communication network, an FID management table 5 stores an FID for unique identification of a frame and the information about a destination node of the frame, and a weighting table 7 stores weighting information about another node as a destination for relay of the frame for each final destination node of the frame. When a frame transmitted to a local node is received, and if the FID of the received frame is stored in the FID management table 5, the data about the destination node associated with the FID is updated. If the FID of the frame received from the frame reception device is not stored in the FID management table 5, the FID management table 5 corresponding to the destination node of the frame is referred to, and another node as a destination for relay of the frame is determined.

  • Publication number: 20110093717
Abstract: A node apparatus changes a first access key unique to itself; changes a shared key same for node apparatuses; encrypts, using the shared key, the first access key and transmits it; receives an access key notification frame; decrypts it using the shared key, thereby obtaining a second access key; attaches, to a first plaintext frame, first signature data obtained by encrypting, using the shared key, data including a first value calculated from the first plaintext frame; encrypts the first plaintext frame using the second access key and transmits thus encrypted frame; receives a second encrypted frame; decrypts it by the first access key to obtain a second plaintext frame; obtains a second value by decrypting, using the shared key, a second signature data attached to the second plaintext frame; calculates a third value from the second plaintext frame; and confirms whether the second and third values are consistent.

  • Patent number: 7735092
Abstract: An object cooperative network system for executing processing in cooperation between objects connected by a common communication path. Each of the objects includes a transmitting section to transmit messages that include predetermined information to the network system. In addition, each object includes a monitoring section to monitor the predetermined information of the transmitted messages, and a reaction table to indicate correspondence between the transmitted messages. Each of the objects sets information to which the object should respond in the monitoring section, and receives a message to execute processing by making reference to the reaction table when information to which the object should respond is detected.

  • Patent number: 7584252
Abstract: In object collaboration via a message, various message types are dealt with. Furthermore, synchronization processing between objects is conducted easily and flexibly. A message type is previously classified and arranged hierarchically. A message/action reaction table 103 arranged on the message type basis is held in a message/action reaction relationship storing part 102. A received message is subjected to matching by a message type classifying/matching part 107. When the received message is matched with a message type dealt with by the message/action reaction relationship storing part 102, the message is given to an action executing part 104. When the received message is not matched with a message type dealt with by the message/action reaction relationship storing part 102, the message is discarded.

  • Patent number: 7581012
Abstract: A policy that relates attributes of an agent to a role is distributed to each agent on a network. A field connector generates an internal field in accordance with an instruction of a security manager. A ROLE manager uses attribute information from an attribute manager, and assigns each agent a ROLE in accordance with the attributes of each agent, and installs a ROLE method table and a ROLE execution part. When receiving a message from an external network, each agent searches for a corresponding ROLE by referring to the ROLE method table, and executes the ROLE. Thus, collaboration among agents is realized through a virtual communication channel based on the exchange of a message.

  • Publication number: 20090003295
Abstract: When data is to be transmitted from a transmission source to a transmission destination in a wireless or wired ad-hoc network constructed in an indoor environment such as a house or an office, the data is transmitted by using a path that is formed over a plurality of channels that the respective nodes have. Also, when data transmission with high reliability is to be performed, same data is sent to two or more paths, thereby even when the data on one path cannot be normally delivered due to noise, the data can be delivered to the transmission destination without being affected by the noise by using the data transmitted on another channel.

  • Patent number: 6988272
Abstract: An object collaboration apparatus is driven by a message action relation, and can dynamically build a collaboration between objects using a bidding system. A task initiator object circulates a requesting message, indicating the service content that the task initiator object wants to request, on a shared communication channel 504, and this requesting message is received by each service object. If an action that is a reaction to the message is listed in a reaction table 703 stored by the service objects, the service objects create and return a bidding message, which includes a bidding value, for example the CPU load ratio, with the bidding portion 707. An arbitrating portion of the initiator object receives all bidding messages in a certain period of time, and, in consideration of parameters such as the bidding value and the communication time between objects, determines and awards the bid to the bid-winning object. Then, it sends out the requested processing information together with the bid awarding message.

  • Publication number: 20030120830
Abstract: Each object belonging to a network manages loaded functions in a function managing section. The function managing section generates an argument type table that provides correspondences between the functions and argument types, and stores the same in an argument type table section. When a message input/output section receives a structured message that runs through the network, an argument type matching section executes a matching process between an argument type of the received message and argument types of the functions in the argument type table in the argument type table section. In the case where the matching between the argument types is established, an executing section is notified of the matching, activates a corresponding function from the function managing section, and executes the same. This increases freedom of collaboration between objects connected to a network, thereby allowing object collaboration to be constructed irrespective of object interfaces.
