  • Patent number: 7704407
Abstract: The present invention provides an oxygen-absorbing resin composition, which is superior in oxygen absorbability, absorbs oxygen remaining in the container after sealing, keeps the contents in the container in good preservation, and improves moldability, dispersibility of the oxygen absorbent, stability of the oxygen absorbing performance, performance of preventing peeling and separation of the oxygen absorbent from the base resin, rigidity of the sealing part, and the like, which become problems in the case of including an oxygen absorbent having high oxygen absorbability and low compatibility with the base resin, as well as provides an oxygen-absorbing container cap and an oxygen-absorbing container plug using the same. The present invention provides an oxygen-absorbing resin composition characterized by being obtained by dispersing and blending an oxygen absorbent containing 20% or more of particles having a particle diameter of 1000 ?m or less at a ratio of 20% or less to a base resin.

  • Patent number: 5762970
Abstract: A parison forming apparatus excellent in working efficiency and a parison forming method are provided. A moving plate which possesses core feed rows composed of multiple core receiving holders for feeding the multiple heat resistant resin cores to the mold device, and parison takeout rows composed of multiple parison receiving holders for taking out and receiving already formed multiple parisons from the mold device, being formed at a distance of a specific pitch interval from the core feed rows, and feeds the heat resistant resin cores from the core feed rows into the mold device which is empty after the parisons are taken out.

  • Patent number: 5588544
Abstract: A bottle neck structure of a synthetic resin bottle preform with a preliminarily molded synthetic resin core member embedded therein is disclosed. The resin core member has a cylindrical body, that extends the length of the wall of a bottle neck, and a flange constituting a support ring of the bottle neck. At least one external surface of the resin core member is exposed to be in contact with a mold when a bottle preform is molded. The cylindrical body has a plurality of through-holes formed in its circumferential wall to allow bottle resin to flow through and form a contiguous external and internal layer. The preform is subsequently subjected to a biaxial blow-stretch manufacturing process resulting in a finished synthetic resin bottle with a neck of the present invention.
