  • Patent number: 11378077
Abstract: Provided is a gear pump device that enables improvement in volumetric efficiency and manufacturability, and also makes it possible to ensure sealing property and to reduce drive torque. According to the present invention, a sealing mechanism is provided with an annular rubber member, an outer member, and an inner member, wherein: the inner member has, at an end of an outer peripheral wall on the side of an inner gear in the axial direction, a notch which is recessed radially inward of the inner gear so as to form, together with an axial one end face of the inner gear, a depressed part; and the outer member has an insertion part which is disposed within the depressed part and which abuts against the axial one end face of the inner gear so as to constitute a part of a sealing surface on the other side.

  • Patent number: 9358967
Abstract: A rotary pump has a linear groove formed on an end surface of a second side plate of an outer rotor. Thereby, it becomes possible to generate a force for pushing back the outer rotor to a sealing member side, and thus it becomes possible to reduce load applied to the second side plate. As a result, contact resistance between the outer rotor and the second side plate becomes smaller, and smoother pumping operation becomes possible. Further, since the force for pushing back the outer rotor to the first sealing member side is generated in the linear groove, it is possible to reduce an amount of decrease in a contacting area with the outer rotor and the second side plate, thereby reducing an amount of wear of the outer rotor and the second side plate.

  • Patent number: 8975851
Abstract: A temperature estimating unit includes an energy calculating unit that calculates a heat generation energy rate of a motor on the basis of a difference between power input to the motor and power output from the motor, a heat radiation energy calculating unit that calculates a heat radiation energy rate from a target member on the basis of a difference between a previous temperature estimation value Tm of the target member and an ambient temperature, and a thermal coefficient of the target member, and an amount calculating unit that calculates a temperature increase rate of the target member on the basis of a difference between the heat generation energy rate and the heat radiation energy rate, and an estimation value calculating unit that calculates a current temperature estimation value of the target member on the basis of the temperature increase rate and the previous temperature estimation value.

  • Patent number: 7769519
Abstract: A motion control device for a vehicle is configured so that a hydraulic unit mounting therein a pump for generating a controlled hydraulic pressure applied to respective wheel cylinders of the vehicle is integrated with a control unit provided with a yaw rate sensor for detecting a yaw rate of the vehicle and capable of controlling the hydraulic unit. The pump is composed of a pump drive section, drivingly rotated by a motor, and pumping sections which perform a pump function with the rotation of the pump drive section. The yaw rate sensor, the motor and the pump are arranged to satisfy a positional relation that the extending direction of a detection axis of the yaw rate sensor does not coincide with both of the extending directions of a rotational axis of the motor and a rotational axis of the pump drive section.
