  • Patent number: 8116251
Abstract: A mobile phone connected to a telephone network which uses a telecommunication line by way of a communication terminal including: a wireless communication unit; a sound input unit and a sound output unit; a transmission interface unit; a user information memory unit; a memory unit; a detection unit; and control unit transferring user information stored in the user information memory unit and the phone call program stored in the memory unit to the communication terminal through the transmission medium respectively and also changing over a sound data output destination of the sound input unit and a sound data input source of the sound output unit from the communication unit to the transmission interface unit respectively in a case when it is detected by the detection unit that the own apparatus and the communication terminal are connected mutually.

  • Patent number: 7389093
Abstract: A call apparatus, a call method and a call system, are disclosed, in which the problem otherwise caused by fixed setting of the sound volume level of the BGM or the effect sound with respect to the call voice may be overcome. A decoded output of a decoder 17 (PCM data) is multiplied in a gain adjustment unit 18 with a gain coefficient k2, as the SE sound volume level as set by a user. A multiplication output of the gain adjustment unit 18 is sent to an adder 13. The decoded output of a decoder 20 is multiplied in a gain adjustment unit 21 with a gain coefficient k3, as the BGM sound volume level, as set by the user. A multiplication output of the gain adjustment unit 21 is sent to an adder 13. The adder 13 sums the multiplication outputs of the gain adjustment units 12, 18 and 21 and sends a sum output to an encoder 22.

  • Publication number: 20050050090
Abstract: The copyright or the use right is sometimes prescribed in a sound source data file used as BGM, so that, in a sound source data file, acquired by a user, copying and re-distribution need to be suppressed without detracting from its serviceability. To this end, a VoIP client writes a downloaded sound source data file in a prescribed folder in a HDD forming an external storage device. When the writing is finished regularly, a hash value in the folder is calculated. The so calculated hash value is set in the user-oriented system information in the external storage device. When the VoIP client is booted for VoIP call, a hash value in a prescribed folder in the external storage device is calculated, and the so calculated hash value is compared to the hash value stored as the system information. If the result of comparison indicates that the hash value calculated is equal to the hash value stored, the sound source data file, stored in the prescribed area in the external storage device, is displayed on the GUI.

  • Patent number: 6266521
Abstract: A receiver is provided, whereby bit error rate can be improved, while achieving savings in power consumption. The receiver comprises: a quadrature detector 12 for converting an intermediate frequency signal obtained on the basis of a reception signal to a base band signal; a comparator 16 for converting the base band signal to binary form after it has passed through a first LPF 14, which is an analogue filter; a second LPF (CIC filter) 18 for transmitting frequency components of the approximate square wave output by comparator 16 which are odd factors of the fundamental frequency of the signal; and a sampler 20 and comparator 24 which decode the output signal from the second LPF 18 in accordance with a clock reproduced by a clock reproducing circuit 22 on the basis of this output signal.

  • Patent number: 6012158
Abstract: In a case where error correction code interleaved in the transmitting side and deinterleaved in the receiving side is subjected to decoding processing, a control circuit determines whether a result of decoding for each word is acceptable or not according to decoding acceptable/unacceptable data for each word stored in a decoding acceptable/unacceptable data memory, and subjects a correction object word not decoded to redecoding processing by controlling an error position estimating circuit and correcting data for the correction object word with an estimated error locator based on error position data for a forward word as well as a backward word from the correction object word.
