Abstract: Disclosed is an adaptive multimedia decoding device and method for scalable satellite broadcasting. A TS decoder TS-decodes a first transmission stream and a second transmission stream received through different transmission bands to generate a first video stream, a second video stream, and an audio stream. A first decoder and a second decoder are configured of a plurality of operation modules that are sequentially performed so as to decode the first video stream, the second video stream, and the audio stream and are independently controlled and are operated in parallel. A controller compares the amount of data corresponding to one input unit of the first video stream and the second video stream input to each of the first decoder and the second decoder, to selectively perform each operation module configuring the first decoder and the second decoder whenever the data corresponding to one input unit are input.

Abstract: Disclosed is an inter-layer path provisioning method and system in a multilayer network that may set, in response to a path setting request of an operator, an upper layer path to be interlocked with an upper layer path computation unit, set, separately from the setting of the upper layer path, a lower layer path to be interlocked with a lower layer path computation unit, and perform a connection between the set upper layer path and the set lower layer path, so that inter-layer path setting may be readily performed in a multilayer transport network.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for separating sound sources capable of learning distributions of corresponding sound sources based on the assumption that specific sound sources have specific distributions based on interchannel correlation parameter in audio signals providing space perception through a plurality of channels to separate an amount corresponding to energy contribution of the corresponding sound sources from mixture signals. Exemplary embodiments of the present invention can more precisely predict the channel distributions of the specific sound sources included in the input mixture signals and more accurately separate sound sources than a method for separating a sound source based on the channel according to the related art, under conditions that general channel distribution information of the specific sound sources are approximately modeled.

The EC-SOD protein or the vector having a polynucleotide encoding the EC-SOD protein has the effect on inhibiting angiogenesis by inhibiting the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 which induce angiogenesis. Therefore, the EC-SOD protein or the vector may be useful for preventing or treating angiogenesis-mediated diseases. And the EC-SOD protein or the vector having a polynucleotide encoding said EC-SOD protein also has the effect on inhibiting over-differentiation of Th2 cells which cause allergic diseases, inhibiting transcription factor (NF-?
