    Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing a capacitor of a display apparatus, the display apparatus being formed on a substrate and including a thin film transistor, which includes an active layer, a gate electrode, and source and drain electrodes, a display device connected to the thin film transistor, and the capacitor, the method including: forming an electrode layer on the substrate; forming a passivation layer on the electrode layer; patterning the passivation layer to form a first pattern including first branch patterns parallel to each other, and a second pattern including second branch patterns parallel to each other and interposed between the first branch patterns; and forming first and second electrodes by etching the electrode layer using the first and second patterns as masks.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of synthesis of Lithium Titanate Oxide used for a cathode of Lithium ion battery, the method comprising: (A) diluting TiCl4 with TiOCl2; (B) adding YCl3 or NbCl5 at the rate of 0.1˜2 mol % to Ti(mol); (C) forming a complex salt by dissolving to put at least one selected from a group consisting of Hydroxy propyl cellulose or Polyethylene glycol in a solvent, the Hydroxy propyl cellulose being a complexing agent and being a dispersing agent as well, whereas the Polyethylene glycol being a dispersing agent; (D) synthesizing a titanium precursor by adding an aqueous ammonia solution; (E) preparing Y or Nb doped titanium dioxide(TiO2) powder by heat-treating the synthetic product in a temperature of 500˜700° C.; and (F) mixing the Y or Nb doped TiO2 powder with LiOH.H2O and heat-treating the mixture in a temperature of 800˜900° C.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an ion and ozone optimizing saturation method for indoor air. According to the method of the present invention, voltage serial pulses of one polarity type are fed to discharge ionization electrodes, and then voltage serial pulses of another polarity type are sequentially fed after a pause longer than the time for mutual recombination of anions and cations. At this time, the concentration of ions of different polarities is adjusted by changing the pulse repetition rate of a voltage pulse in a serial pulse, duration of serial pulses of the respective polarities and duration of the pause. Additionally, a voltage pulse is fed to the discharge ionization electrodes, and simultaneously or optionally, a voltage pulse having sufficient amplitude to generate a capacity type corona discharge between electrodes during the pause between serial pulses of different polarities is fed to ozonization electrodes.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method determining an optimum recording power suitable for a disc loaded in a disc drive. The apparatus includes a pickup unit and a control unit. The pickup unit records data in a predetermined area on the disc and reproduces the recorded data from the disc. The control unit controls the disc drive to record data in the predetermined area of the disc using a preset reference recording power. The control unit detects a plurality of recording powers using reproduction signals of the predetermined area reproduced from the pickup unit and one or more reference values, and decides an optimum recording power for the disc based on the detected plurality of recording powers. Thus, the recording power used by an active layer of the disc can be prevented from varying due to hardware error in the disc drive with respect to various kinds of discs.
