    Abstract: A tension reducer for relieving the drawing force of a retractor for an automobile safety seat belt comprises a clutch apparatus cooperated with a retractor for inducing the smooth operation of a webbing upon the pulling out and retracting of a web, the clutch apparatus including first and second coil springs mounted therein which have different elastic force assisting in the webbing to be changed directly into a rotation force thereof, thereby reducing the friction and noise of the coil springs and removing the eccentric rotation thereof.
