Abstract: Disclosed are a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same. The polarizing plate comprises a protective film having a primer layer provided on one surface thereof; and a polarizer adhered to the primer layer through a photo-curable adhesive layer formed on the primer layer, thereby it shows superior adhesion between the polarizer and the protective film with excellent durability, while it does not need hydrophilic surface treatment in order to adhere the polarizer to the primer layer.
