  • Publication number: 20250023832
Abstract: A gateway apparatus is provided. The gateway apparatus includes memory storing computer-executable instructions and at least one processor that executes the instructions. The gateway apparatus selects a first protocol data unit (PDU) to be sent from a first network node to a second network node different from the first network node, based on the first PDU being sent to a router, searches, within a shared buffer associated with a routing path of the router, for a second PDU different from the first PDU, stores, based on determining that the second PDU is stored in the shared buffer, the first PDU in the shared buffer, and sends, to the second network node and after deleting the second PDU from the shared buffer, the first PDU.

  • Publication number: 20080311731
Abstract: Low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) of polysilicon on a wafer in a manner that reduces the generation of particles during the deposition process. In one example embodiment, a method of LPCVD of polysilicon on a wafer positioned in a process tube includes various steps. First, introducing a particle inhibitor is introduced into the process tube. Next, a silicon source gas is introduced into the process tube. Finally, a doping gas is introduced into the process tube, resulting in the formation of a polysilicon film of a uniform thickness on the wafer.

  • Patent number: 6618903
Abstract: A hinge device of a foldable electronic appliance having a sub-body rotatably mounted by the hinge device to a main body. The hinge device having a hinge shaft with one end fixedly mounted to the sub-body and a second end rotatably mounted to the main body. A fixed disk having a notch therein and a protrusion continued from the notch and extending from one face thereof, the fixed disk being in a fixed relationship to the main body. A movable disk having a protrusion extending from a face thereof to contact with the one face of the fixed disk when opening the sub-body or to engage the notch in the fixed disk when the sub-body is fully closed. A projection extending from the movable disk to limit the rotation of the hinge shaft. A spring washer for axially pressing the movable disk toward the fixed disk, and a nut for fixing the fixed disk, the movable disk and the spring washer to the second end of the hinge shaft.
