  • Publication number: 20250095341
Abstract: There are provided a method and a system for acquiring visual explanation information independent of the purpose, type, and structure of a visual intelligence model. The visual explanation information acquisition system of the visual intelligence model according to an embodiment may input N transformed images which are generated by diversifying an input image to a deep learning-based visual intelligence model and may acquire outputted results, may generate attributes of the visual intelligence model from the acquired results, may derive, from losses of the visual intelligence model which are calculated from the generated attributes, basic data for generating a visual explanation map for visually explaining a result derivation rationale of the visual intelligence model, and may generate a visual explanation map from the derived basic data.

  • Publication number: 20250075237
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel promoter variant in which some nucleotides of the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (gapA) gene promoter of Escherichia coli are deleted. The novel promoter variant according to the present invention can constitutively express a target protein at a high level, particularly an enzyme, in Escherichia coli. Therefore, a target protein, particularly an enzyme, can be economically mass-produced using a recombinant strain transformed with an expression vector containing the novel promoter variant according to the present invention. For example, allulose epimerase can be economically mass-produced or allulose can be economically mass-produced from fructose using a recombinant strain transformed with an expression vector containing the novel promoter variant according to the present invention.

  • Patent number: 12221639
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel allulose epimerase variant in which an amino acid residue present at a specific position of an amino acid sequence of wild-type D-allulose 3-epimerase derived from Flavonifractor plautii is substituted with another amino acid residue, and various uses thereof. The novel allulose epimerase variant according to the present invention has a higher conversion activity of fructose to allulose than that of the wild-type D-allulose 3-epimerase derived from Flavonifractor plautii or a D-allulose epimerase variant W29K/G216S/M234I, and has excellent thermal stability especially under high temperature conditions of 60° C. or higher, thereby preventing contamination during an industrial-scale enzymatic conversion reaction for the mass production of allulose, shortening the production time, and reducing the production costs.

  • Patent number: 4105203
Abstract: A tennis trainer includes a generally L-shaped arm having a ball holder at one end and pivotally engaged to a support at the other. Impact against the ball in a direction axially along the ball-supporting section of the arm is initially absorbed by a resilient section of the other section of the arm. A housing on the support includes a slot through which the arm extends and a rotatable cylinder to which the arm is secured. Bias springs oppose rotation of the cylinder and hence the arm. The housing is mountable upside down to permit the trainer to be used for back hand practice or for left handed fore hand practice. Various bending of the arm and vertical positioning of the support permits the ball to be positioned at various heights and positions.
