Abstract: Disclosed is an atmospheric shielding type analysis device for a cross-section of a battery cell and an analysis method using the same. The device comprises 1) a body member comprising a bottom plate, a side wall, and an inner space partitioned by the bottom plate and the side wall; 2) a cover member; 3) a first conductive wire member penetrating one side wall of the body member; 4) a first mounting member comprising a first substrate having a shape of a plate and being coupled to an end of the first conductive wire member; 5) a second conductive wire member penetrating another side wall of the body member; 6) a second mounting member comprising a second substrate having a shape of a plate and being coupled to an end of the second conductive wire member; 7) a gas inlet; and 8) a gas outlet.

Abstract: Disclosed are an anode for an all-solid-state battery including an anode active material in which a metal that can form an alloy with lithium is deposited on all or a portion of the surface of a carbon-based material, and a method for manufacturing the same.
