A first belt connects the damper pulley, water pump, and mild hybrid starter and generator and a second belt connects the damper pulley and the air conditioner compressor. A first tensioner is mounted on the mild hybrid starter and generator and selectively in contact on the first belt to adjust a tension and a second tensioner is mounted on a chain cover and selectively in contact under the first belt to adjust the tension of the first belt.
