Abstract: Disclosed herein are an adhesive roll cleaner for cleaning beds or carpets, and apparatus for and method of manufacturing the adhesive roll cleaner. The adhesive roll cleaner can catch up hairs, fine dusts or the like, that cannot be sufficiently caught up by general cleaning tools, using an adhesive force of an adhesive tape, prevent that the adhesive tape is torn in a longitudinal direction when a soiled portion of the adhesive tape is separated from the adhesive tape, and allow the soiled portion of the adhesive tape to be easily separated from the adhesive tape without any damage of the adhesive tape even in a state where long hairs or vinyl segments adhere to the adhesive tape.
