    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sintered bearing and a preparation method thereof, wherein the method comprises: a step for forming a mixed powder by mixing metal powder, kish graphite, and lubricant; forming a molded body by applying pressure to the mixed powder; forming a sintered body by sintering the molded body; and impregnating the sintered body in oil. The invention is prepared by adding 0.01-10 parts by weight of kish graphite to metal powder and thus provides excellent abrasion resistance, strength, and self lubricity.

    Abstract: A cathode ray tube with a panel that has a thickness of the central portion of an effective area of a screen surface that is TC, a thickness of a vertical edge that is TV, a thickness of a horizontal edge portion that is TH, and a thickness of an edge in a diagonal direction that is TD. The respective values of TC, TV, TH and TD satisfy the expression (TH−TC)+(TV−TC)+(TD−TC)<TC/3, and the radius of curvature in the diagonal direction of the outer surface of the effective area is 1450 mm or more. Thus, by limiting the difference in thickness of the central portion and the peripheral portion of the effective screen area of the panel and the curvature radius of the inner and outer surfaces of the effective screen, the weight of the panel is reduced and an increase of an incident angle caused by flatness of the screen panel is prevented so that a convergence feature of an electron beam is improved.

    Abstract: A cathode ray tube (CRT) having a phosphor screen in which red, green, and blue phosphors are located in a black matrix in a pattern, at the inside of a panel, a low-reflectivity coating layer located at the outside of the panel, the low-reflectivity coating layer having a reflectivity of 2.0% or less near 480˜600 nm, wherein the panel is glass containing neodymium (Nd) in a concentration of 0.1˜1.5 wt % and praseodymium (Pr) in a concentration of 0.1˜0.7 wt %. The CRT has improved brightness and contrast characteristics, and has an enlarged color reproduction range. Also, the problem of the unattractive color of the CRT itself under an external illumination is solved.
