In a first mode, the first-analog-front end and the first analog-to-digital converter generate first sensing information for the first sensor unit, the second sensor driver does not operate, and the digital signal processor processes the first sensing information based on a first setting value for the first sensor unit. In a second mode, the first-analog-front end and the first analog-to-digital converter do not operate, the second-analog-front end and the second analog-to-digital converter generate second sensing information for the second sensor unit, and the digital signal processor processes the second sensing information based on a second setting value for the second sensor unit.

Seven antibodies specific to mesothelin (3A8, 4G11, 5A9, 6G5, 7C3, 9E8, and 9E11) selected in the present invention were found to specifically bound to mesothelin antigen and enable the preparation of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and CAR-T cells (MSLN-CAR-T cells) targeting mesothelin.

The fluorescent probe consists of a fluorophore which fluoresces when the linker in the ligand-targeted drug delivery system is cleaved, or consists of a combination of the fluorophore and a spacer. According to the structure and method of the present invention, it is possible to easily and simply confirm whether the linker in the ligand-targeted drug delivery system effectively releases the drug by being stably cleaved in vivo, thereby reducing the development period and cost of ligand-targeted drugs.
