  • Patent number: 10792811
Abstract: A multi-bar linkage includes a driving unit that is configured to supply torque to a driving shaft, where the driving shaft is provided on a first portion of a first link. A driving arm has one end fixed to the driving shaft and an opposite end being movable following rotation of the driving shaft. A first auxiliary link has one end pivotably connected to the opposite end of the driving arm. A second auxiliary link is pivotably connected to a first point of a second portion of the first link and to an opposite end of the first auxiliary link. A second link is disposed below the first link and pivotably connected to the second auxiliary link. A third auxiliary link has one end pivotably connected to a second point of the second portion of the first link, separated from the first point, and an opposite end pivotably connected to the second link.

  • Patent number: 10793476
Abstract: A method of preparing cerium boride powder, according to the present invention, includes a first step for generating mixed powder by mixing at least one selected from among cerium chloride (CeCl3) powder and cerium oxide (CeO2) powder, at least one selected from among magnesium hydride (MgH2) powder and magnesium (Mg) powder, and boron oxide (B2O3) powder, a second step for generating composite powder including cerium boride (CexBy) and at least one selected from among magnesium oxide (MgO) and magnesium chloride (MgCl2), by causing reaction in the mixed powder at room temperature based on a ball milling process, and a third step for selectively depositing cerium boride powder by dispersing the composite powder in a solution.

  • Patent number: 9709515
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for diagnosing cracking in a solidified shell in a mold, in which whether longitudinal cracking has occurred in the solidified shell can be diagnosed in real time by using a variation in temperature of the solidified shell in the mold during a continuous casting process. The system comprises: a plurality of temperature sensors arranged in a matrix form in a mold, wherein the plurality of temperature sensors are divided into a first group and a second group based on where cracking occurs; and a processor configured to: calculate a temperature difference between the temperature of the first group and the temperature of the second group from the temperatures detected by the plurality of temperature sensors; and determine, using the calculated temperature difference, whether cracking has occurred in a solidified shell discharged from the mold.

  • Patent number: 8646268
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a master cylinder for a vehicle. The master cylinder includes a housing, a piston, inlet ports and a seal. The housing has therein a liquid pressure chamber to contain oil. The piston reciprocates in the liquid pressure chamber to control the pressure in the liquid pressure chamber. A front end of the piston has a stepped structure. The inlet ports are provided in the housing so that oil is supplied into the liquid pressure chamber through the inlet ports. The seal is seated into a seating depression which is formed in the inner surface of the housing. The seal opens or closes a flow path of the oil depending on whether the seal is brought into contact with the piston. The oil flows into the liquid pressure chamber along the stepped outer surface of the piston through a space defined between the piston and the seal.
