A user equipment receives from a serving cell information on a downlink timing offset between an interfering cell and an interfered cell and a limited resource measurement, and applies the downlink timing offset to perform measurement using a radio resource indicated for the limited resource measurement, thereby allowing the user equipment to be provided services through the radio resource which substantially mitigates interference, and enhancing connectivity with a network.
