The first and second external electrodes are spaced apart from each other.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a plurality of host materials and organic electroluminescent devices comprising the same. The present disclosure may provide a plurality of host materials having a composition favorable to thermal denaturation due to a low deposition temperature, while improving hole properties and electronic properties of HOMO and LUMO, by comprising separate compounds represented by formulas 1 and 2 into a light-emitting layer. By comprising the plurality of host materials of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide an organic electroluminescent device having a lower driving voltage, higher luminous efficiency and/or longer lifetime.

The method of operating the selector device controls access to a memory element, and includes providing the selector device including a switching layer and first and second electrodes disposed on both surfaces of the switching layer, which includes an insulator and a metal element, and applying a multi-step voltage pulse to the switching layer via the first and second electrodes to adjust a threshold voltage of the selector device, the multi-step voltage pulse including a threshold voltage control pulse and an operating voltage pulse. The operating voltage pulse has a magnitude for turning on the selector device, and the threshold voltage control pulse has a lower magnitude lower than the operating voltage pulse.

Abstract: Disclosed are a hybrid electric vehicle and a driving control method therefor, which are capable of switching to a driving mode and performing a kick-down shift more quickly. In particular, the method for controlling the hybrid electric vehicle includes: determining a first motor directly connected to an engine and an available torque in a target gear of each second motors connected to the first motor when a driving mode is changed from an electric vehicle (EV) mode to a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) mode and a kick-down shift is required simultaneously; and determining operating points of the first motor and the second motor before an actual shift ends, based on the determined available torque and the type of kick-down shift.

Abstract: Provided is an automatic pop-up device for a vehicle legrest having the following effects. A seatback reclining mechanism, a tilting mechanism, and a legrest deployment mechanism are formed as a simple integrated mechanism configured to adjust a relaxation position of a passenger, and the integrated mechanism allows the legrest to be automatically deployed when a reclining operation of a seatback and a tilting operation of a seat cushion are performed together, thereby reducing the number of components, costs, and weight. Additionally, provided is a single switch configured to adjust the relaxation position of the passenger, thereby improving the convenience of a switch operation of adjusting the relaxation position of the passenger.
