    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a nickel-based catalyst for steam carbon dioxide reforming (SCR) of natural gas using steam and carbon dioxide, more particularly to a method for preparing a nickel-based catalyst represented by Ni/?-Al2O3, which is prepared by supporting nickel on a spherical ?-alumina support having many acid sites at high density by repeating impregnation and drying tens of times. The catalyst prepared according to the present invention exhibits superior catalytic activity when used in steam carbon dioxide reforming reaction (SCR) even under harsh conditions of high temperature and high pressure and hardly exhibits carbon deposition due to superior durability.

    Abstract: An HA-protein conjugate in which an HA-aldehyde derivative, in which an aldehyde group is introduced to a hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, is conjugated to the N-terminus of a protein, and a method for preparing the same are provided. The HA-protein conjugate includes a protein drug exhibiting an excellent bioconjugation efficiency and long-term medicinal effects, and has excellent protein drug activities since the hyaluronic acid is specifically conjugated to the N-terminus of the protein. Also, since liver-targeting properties of the hyaluronic acid can be freely controlled by changing an aldehyde substitution rate of the HA-aldehyde derivative, the HA-protein conjugate can be effectively used as a protein drug for treating liver diseases, and also be useful in enabling long-term medicinal effects of a protein drug required to bypass the liver. Accordingly, the HA-protein conjugate can be effectively used for a drug delivery system of proteins.

    Abstract: A sensor system detects organophosphorus pesticide residue by inducing the aggregation of gold nanoparticles. A method comprises aggregating gold nanoparticles by a reaction between an organophosphorus pesticide and imidazole or a green fluorescent protein (GFP), and detecting the organophosphorus pesticide based on a absorption spectral change resulting from the aggregation. The system for detecting pesticide residue is useful as a biosensor for analyzing pesticide residue in situ, because the optical change of the reagent by the presence of an organophosphorus pesticide is distinct, the detection speed is fast, and the range of detection limits is broad.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional nanostructures and a method for fabricating the same, and more particularly to three-dimensional structures of various shapes having high aspect ratio and uniformity in large area and a method of fabricating the same by attaching a target material to the outer surface of patterned polymer structures using an ion bombardment phenomenon occurring during a physical ion etching process to form target material-polymer composite structures, and then removing the polymer from the target material-polymer structures. A three-dimensional nanostructures with high aspect ratio and uniformity can be fabricated by a simple process at low cost by using the ion bombardment phenomenon occurring during physical ion etching. Also, nanostructures of various shapes can be easily fabricated by controlling the pattern and shape of polymer structures. In addition, uniform fine nanostructures having a thickness of 10 nm or less can be formed in a large area.
