Abstract: A method for operating an electronic device according to various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure includes: receiving a coupon; connecting with at least one of a plurality of second electronic devices; transmitting shared information of the coupon to the at least one of the plurality of second electronic devices connected; connecting with the at least one of the plurality of second electronic devices having the shared information if the coupon is selected; activating the coupon based on a number of the at least one of the plurality of second electronic devices; and transmitting the coupon activated to a payment device.
