Abstract: A hairpin preliminary alignment jig includes: an inner ring; an outer ring spaced apart radially outward from the inner ring; a plurality of radial members that is arranged radially between the inner ring and the outer ring and defines a plurality of gaps; an inner alignment mechanism disposed on the inner ring. The inner alignment mechanism includes a plurality of inner alignment members configured to align innermost layer hairpins among a plurality of hairpins received in the plurality of gaps. The hairpin preliminary alignment jig further includes an outer alignment mechanism disposed on the outer ring, and the outer alignment mechanism includes a plurality of outer alignment members configured to align outermost layer hairpins among the plurality of hairpins received in the plurality of gaps.

Abstract: A hairpin gripper includes: a gripper main body; a first finger grip part provided on the gripper main body and configured to grip a first portion of a hairpin; and a second finger grip part provided on the gripper main body and configured to grip a second portion of the hairpin independently of the first finger grip part. As a result, the hairpin gripper obtains an advantageous effect of improving the accuracy of an operation of clamping the hairpin and improving productivity and production efficiency.

Abstract: A system for processing a hairpin for a stator includes an alignment part having a pre-inserting jig configured to perform a pre-inserting (pre-alignment) process on a hairpin, and a cartridge stock configured to store a plurality of different hairpin cartridges. A hairpin cartridge of the plurality of different hairpin cartridges is configured to supply the hairpin to the pre-inserting jig. The hairpin processing system also includes a cartridge transfer loader configured to selectively transfer the hairpin cartridge from the cartridge stock to the alignment part. As a result, the hairpin processing system advantageously simplifies the structure and treatment process of processing a hairpin of a stator and improves the productivity and production efficiency.
