  • Patent number: 11337590
Abstract: An endoscope includes a first pulling section, an first elongated member, a restricting portion, a sliding surface, and a partition. The restricting portion is provided inside the operation section, and is configured to restrict a position of the first pulling section. The sliding surface is provided in the restricting portion, and allows the first pulling section to move along the axial direction. The partition covers at least a part of the sliding surface and the first pulling section, and is configured to partition the first elongated member and the first pulling section. The partition and the restricting portion are configured to restrict a moving range of the connection portion within a range of the sliding surface.

  • Publication number: 20160192826
Abstract: An endoscope distal end cap attaching device attaches an endoscope distal end cap to an inserting distal end portion of an endoscope inserting section. The endoscope distal end cap attaching device includes an attaching inserting section that is inserted to an opening portion, an abutment section having one or more abutment distal end surface portions that abut only on at least a part of a non-functional region portion, a base section which has a base distal end surface portion, the base distal end surface portion being disposed away from an abutment distal end surface portion of the abutment section, and a positioning section which positions the endoscope distal end cap and the endoscope distal end cap attaching device.

  • Publication number: 20160051130
Abstract: A distal end cap for an endoscope includes a cap proximal end portion, a cap distal end portion, a concave portion, a low-strength portion and at least one high-strength portion. The low-strength portion is disposed on a same line as the concave portion in an axial direction and continuously disposed between the cap distal end portion and the cap proximal end portion in a axial direction. The high-strength portion has strength higher than that of the low-strength portion, disposed on at least a portion excluding the concave portion in an axis circumferential direction of the axis, and continuously disposed from the cap distal end portion to the cap proximal end portion in the axial direction.

  • Patent number: 9128297
Abstract: An endoscope including a bending portion in an insertion portion comprises multiple pulling members, an operation device, a driving force transfer mechanism and a biasing mechanism. The multiple pulling members are mounted on the bending portion. The operation device generates a driving force for pulling the pulling members in conjunction with a turning operation. The bending portion is bent by the operation device between an approximately straight state and a bending state. The driving force transfer mechanism transfers the driving force generated in conjunction with the turning operation of the operation device to the pulling members. The biasing mechanism provides the driving force transfer mechanism with a biasing force for turning the operation device in a reverse direction to the turning operation direction in a state where the bending portion is bent by turning the operation device.

  • Patent number: 7220227
Abstract: An adapter for an endoscope of the present invention includes: a locking device for attaching and detaching that attaches and locks this adapter for an endoscope onto a predefined position on an endoscope control part; and a first treatment tool locking device that keeps a treatment tool at a first predefined position. Furthermore, at the first predefined position, a guidewire entry aperture of the treatment tool and an entry aperture of a forceps plug are separated in such a way as to face each other along substantially the same line.

  • Publication number: 20070027360
Abstract: An endoscope includes in an insertion portion thereof a hard distal end portion and a bending portion arranged consecutively with the distal end portion; with the center axes of the distal end portion and the bending portion kept eccentric with each other, the distal end portion and the bending portion are coupled. A distal-end constituent member includes a distal-end bending-portion joint piece arrangement stage, a transition portion, a distal-end formation portion, and the like. The distal-end formation portion defines the contour of the distal-end constituent member, and the center position is OA. The transition portion is the reference plane for the bending portion, and the center position is OB. A distal-end bending-portion joint piece incorporated in the bending portion is arranged on the distal-end bending-portion joint piece arrangement stage. The center positions of the distal-end formation portion and the transition portion are eccentric with each other.
