    Abstract: A combination picture frame and tap-top opener, includes a substantially U-shaped frame having opposite, spaced apart and parallel legs, each leg having an inner edge with a guideway and a free end with a projection thereat, the free ends of the legs defining an opening therebetween; two panels for holding at least one picture therebetween, the panels being removably mounted within the guideways of the frame; a removable retainer for retaining the panels in the frame, the retainer including a track for receiving the projections so as to removably connect the retainer with the frame; and a tap-top opener formed on the removable retainer.
