    Abstract: A portable charging apparatus, charging method and system for charging a battery of a mobile communication terminal are provided. The portable charging apparatus includes a first Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface connected to an external charging device, a second USB interface connected to a mobile communication terminal, and a switch located between data lines for USB communication. The method includes determining whether the portable charging apparatus is connected to the external charging device, switching on the switch when the portable charging apparatus is not connected to the external charging device, and determining whether the portable charging apparatus is connected to the mobile communication terminal, and supplying electric power from an additional battery of the portable charging apparatus to the mobile communication terminal when the portable charging apparatus is connected to the mobile communication terminal.

The help-requesting device executes the received control command and then transmits execution result data to the control device through the server. The apparatus includes an interface unit in which the accessory is mounted, a power supply for supplying microphone bias power for recognizing the accessory in the interface unit, a current detector for determining an output current of the power supply, and a controller for determining whether the output current of the power supply exceeds a preset reference current when mounting of the accessory is sensed, and for recognizing a type of the accessory according to the output current of the power supply when the output current of the power supply exceeds the preset reference current. The apparatus may automatically recognize a type of an accessory connected with an interface unit to improve the convenience for a user.
