Abstract: Provided is a grill pan for a direct fired roast, capable of reducing heat conduction to an oil collecting part through a roasting plate, and fundamentally preventing oil from being burned in the oil collecting part. The grill pan includes an integrated roasting plate (300) including a disc part (310) having a ring shape, a reinforcing plate (320) connected to as inner surface of the disc part across a center of the disc part having the ring shape, a plurality of upper ribs (330) spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval such that both ends of the per rib are connected to the inner surface of the disc part, and a plurality of lower ribs (340) in which the lower rib is provided between the upper ribs such that both ends of the lower rib are connected to the inner surface of the disc part.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a grill pan for a direct fired roast including a side wall, and a bottom surface of a grill pan main body surrounded by the side wall. The bottom surface includes: an oil collecting part concavely formed in the bottom surface along a lower end of the side wall; a plurality of lower ribs formed at an upper surface thereof with a first oil passage connected to the oil collecting part, and spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval; a plurality of upper ribs located higher than the lower ribs, formed at an upper surface thereof with a second oil passage connected to the oil collecting part, and spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval; and a heat outlet formed between a lower portion of the upper rib and an upper portion of the lower rib to discharge heat.

Abstract: A direct-heat grilling pan includes a bottom plate and a sidewall formed on a circumference of the bottom plate, the bottom plate including multiple upper supports, multiple lower supports, and an edge portion. The multiple upper supports are disposed with a first horizontal interval therebetween. The multiple lower supports are disposed with a second horizontal interval therebetween, are disposed with a vertical interval from the multiple upper supports to be positioned directly under the first horizontal interval, have a width greater than the first horizontal interval, and have on top surfaces thereof concave oil-dripping grooves in which oil drips down through the first horizontal interval. The edge portion surrounds the multiple upper supports and the multiple lower supports while connecting both end portions of the multiple upper supports and both end portions of the multiple lower supports.
