    Abstract: A capsule composition containing UV-blocking inorganic nanoparticles, and a preparation method thereof, in which the UV-blocking inorganic nanoparticles are embedded in hydrophilic polymer capsules using a water-soluble dispersing agent, so that when the composition is applied to the skin, the polymer forms a thin hydrogel film that keeps the inorganic nanoparticles contained in the capsules to prevent the inorganic nanoparticles from penetrating the skin.
