Abstract: The present invention relates to an adjustable cosmetic applicator including: a handle unit adapted as a cap coupled to a cosmetic container body; a rod unit moved linearly by means of the manipulation of the handle unit; and an applying unit operated cooperatively with the linear motion of the rod unit in such a manner as to be adjusted in angle. The adjustable cosmetic applicator according to the present invention allows the angle of the applying unit to be adjusted arbitrarily by means of the user, thereby permitting the cosmetic liquid to be applied in more natural and comfortable manners and further achieving the make-up according to the user's applying habit or preference.

Abstract: Provided is a contact management method in a mobile terminal that provides a contact synchronization function. A contact list editing screen is displayed, wherein, when a contact integrating function is performed, an entire contact list is scrollably displayed in a first area and a contact list for integrated management is displayed in a second area. Contacts selected from the first area are registered in the contact list of the second area. A primary contact in the contact list registered in the second area is maintained in the first area, while secondary contacts registered in the second area are deleted from the first area.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for swapping headers for authenticating policy based domains and tracing paths at the time of high-reliable data plane transmission. The method includes receiving packets forwarded through predetermined paths, confirming whether the received packets are normal packets, determining whether the path identification information corresponding to the paths of the received packets is present in a header information storage unit of a domain receiving the packets, swapping the headers included in the packets to swapping headers of the header information storage unit by using the identification information if it is determined that the path identification information is present, and correcting the path tracing information. By this configuration, degradation in data plane performance due to the lengths of headers can be solved.

Abstract: A streaming content relaying apparatus and a method using the same are provided. The streaming content relaying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention inspects content characteristics and a network state from content provided from a streaming server, selects one of a unicast transmission scheme and a multicast transmission scheme in accordance with the inspection result, and provides the content streaming services to the user terminal using the selected transmission scheme.

Abstract: In a method of allocating a bandwidth of a passive optical network, downward data are transmitted by varying a wavelength based on a wavelength division method and upward data are transmitted using a time division method.
