Abstract: A stand type walking exercise device includes a body structure including a pair of side frames positioned at both the left and right sides of a user, a front frame for connecting the pair of side frames at the front of each of the pair of side frames, and a pair of first fastening frames protruding upward from each of the pair of side frames, a prop structure connected to the upper side of each of the pair of side frames, a safety pad separably bound to the lower side of the prop structure, and a lower structure including support frames which are connected to the lower sides of the pair of side frames and which are in contact with and are supported on the ground, and a pair of rotating parts formed on the support frames.
