A device for controlling a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication unit that is communicatively connected to a server provided in a charging station, and receives a digital twin formed to reflect a real-time situation corresponding to the charging station, on the basis of entering the charging station; a display unit that displays the digital twin and receives a user input applied to the digital twin; and a processor that controls the display unit so as to output a first path to a charger in the charging station capable of performing charging, and to display, on the digital twin, a second path to an exit of the charging station when charging has stopped.
