  • Publication number: 20070128406
Abstract: A packing member for packing a packed material where plastic films are superimposed on one another and a space for air chambers is formed inside by performing thermal adhesion on the plastic films to seal the plastic films, the packing member using three or more plastic films and including a plurality of air chambers that accommodate gas, wherein gas is filled in the air chambers through a blowing-in port to make the air chambers accommodate gas so that gas is prevented from leaking to the outside. Accordingly, a packing member that can be manufactured easily and can stably pack a packed material, and a method for manufacturing the packing member can be provided.

  • Publication number: 20070003170
Abstract: A cushion material for packaging a product is capable of absorbing shocks and impacts and being used for various types of product in a multipurpose manner. A large volume of the cushion materials can be produced through an automatic production process at a low cost. A suspension air-packing method using the cushion material packs the product in a mid-hanging manner. The cushion material includes at least two flexible films facing one another and the edges of the two films are heat-sealed, a bag portion for holding the product therein, and a cushion portion established on the outer periphery of the bag portion which will be inflated by the air when the compressed air.

  • Publication number: 20060280913
Abstract: A packing method for an object to be packaged is capable of packing the object therein in a stable manner by using a packing material obtained by a simple manufacturing method. The packing material is formed with two thermoplastic films overlapped with one another and heat-sealed at predetermined locations. Folds are created on the thermoplastic films by a heat-sealing process so that a base of the packing material is folded along the folds. The packing material having the product to be protected in a space created by folding thereof is placed in a container box and is inflated by gas or liquid.
