The organic laminate includes, a multilayer-light emitting structure that includes two or more light emitting layers emitting light of different colors and a charge transport control layer formed at boundaries between the two or more light emitting layers and controlling the amount of charges transported between the two or more light emitting layer. A first light emitting layer of the two or more light emitting layers is between a hole transport layer and the charge transport control layer and formed of a mixture including a first dopant and a host of a hole transport material. Both a hole transport layer and the charge transport control layer are formed of the same material as the host of the first light emitting layer.
