    Abstract: A drill hole inspection method for using a drill hole inspection system to inspect a drill hole of a printed circuit board (PCB) is provided. The drill hole inspection method includes: scanning the PCB to obtain 3-dimensional (3D) image voxel data of the PCB; determining a first-dimension interval corresponding to the PCB along one direction of the 3D image voxel data; determining, in a plane of the 3D image voxel data which is orthogonal to the direction, a 2-dimensional (2D) position corresponding to the drill hole; extracting a portion of the 3D image voxel data as drill hole voxel data according to the first-dimension interval and the 2D position; analyzing the drill hole voxel data to obtain an inspection result of the drill hole; and outputting the inspection result through an output component. In addition, a drill hole inspection system and an inspection device using the same are also provided.

    Abstract: A method for blood flow assessment in an arteriovenous (AV) fistula includes steps of: emitting a carrier radio wave toward the AV fistula, and receiving a return wave signal; generating a transmission signal based on the return wave signal; recovering a digital signal from the transmission signal, performing a digital filtering process on the digital signal to result in a filtered signal, and generating a plurality of graphic files based on a waveform of the filtered signal; and performing image recognition on the graphic files, and outputting a result of the image recognition as a result of the blood flow assessment of the AV fistula.

The physical and mental reactions in motion will be transformed into the related physical and mental characteristic vectors, which are used to build up a personalized physical and mental database. After executing the set of physical and mental weighting factors and physical and mental characteristic vectors, an embedded calculator incorporated in the portable sensor gives a warning signal if an abnormal situation is detected.
