  • Publication number: 20240142878
Abstract: Example implementations described herein include a laser source and associated methods of operation that can balance or reduce uneven beam profile problem and even improve plasma heating efficiency to enhance conversion efficiency and intensity for extreme ultraviolet radiation generation. The laser source described herein generates an auxiliary laser beam to augment a pre-pulse laser beam and/or a main-pulse laser beam, such that uneven beam profiles may be corrected and/or compensated. This may improve an intensity of the laser source and also improve an energy distribution from the laser source to a droplet of a target material, effective to increase an overall operating efficiency of the laser source.

The EUV control system includes a 3-dimensional diagnostic module (3DDM) designed to collect a laser beam profile of a laser beam from the radiation source in a 3-dimensional (3D) mode, an analysis module designed to analyze the laser beam profile, a database designed to store the laser beam profile, and an EUV control module designed to adjust the radiation source. The analysis module is coupled with the database and the EUV control module. The database is coupled with the 3DDM and the analysis module. The EUV control module is coupled with the analysis module and the radiation source.

  • Patent number: 11671715
Abstract: A device for camera processing is configured to receive a preview image, and determine if the preview image is a high dynamic range (HDR) scene based on brightness values of pixels of the preview image. The device may further determine to use a single frame image capture technique based on a determination that the preview image is not an HDR scene, and determine to use one of a plurality of HDR image capture techniques based on a determination that the preview image is an HDR scene, and further based on motion detected in the preview image. The device may then generate an output image using one or more images captured using the single frame image capture technique or one of the plurality of HDR image capture techniques.

  • Patent number: 11184553
Abstract: A processor generates a depth map from two images, including a high-dynamic range (HDR) image. The processor receives, from a first image sensor, one or more first images, wherein the one or more first images have a first field-of-view (FOV) and a first resolution, and receives, from a second image sensor, one or more second images, wherein the one or more second images have a second FOV and a second resolution. The processor generates a first HDR image from the one or more first images, and performs tone alignment on the one or more second images based on the first HDR image to produce a second HDR image. The processor generates a depth map using the first HDR image and the second HDR image. The processor may use the depth map to apply a bokeh effect to the first HDR image.

  • Patent number: 7995133
Abstract: A method of correcting an image signal generated by a charge coupled device (CCD) image sensor in an imaging system is provided. The imaging system stores a number of gamma correction curves, each of which includes a respective correction factor for increasing contrast in a dark portion of the image signal. The method includes: measuring gray scale value of each pixel of the CCD image sensor; estimating a contrast level of an object scene to be imaged using the measured gray scale values; and correcting the image signal using a corresponding gamma correction curve depending on the estimated contrast level of the object scene.

  • Publication number: 20080050110
Abstract: A method for adjusting a mechanical shutter when an exposure time of the mechanical shutter is less than a control time of the mechanical shutter, including: (a) measuring a raw image of an initial photo to obtain a standard brightness value, after the initial photo with a predetermined correct luminance is captured in a high luminance environment; (b) fixing some parameters that are changed easily when taking a picture, after auto exposure (AE) is stable; (c) adjusting the mechanical shutter's trigger point; (d) taking a picture for obtaining another photo and measuring a raw image of the other photo for obtaining a testing brightness value; (e) comparing whether the testing brightness value and the standard brightness value are the same; and (f) if the testing brightness value and the standard brightness value are the same, determining that the trigger point is a real trigger point of the mechanical shutter.
