  • Patent number: 7133341
Abstract: A system and method for adjusting optical drives. Rotating disc datum, and leader pin datum, must be adjusted to a specific position during a packaging process. An autocollimator according to the present invention senses tilt and sway of the rotating disc, outputting a first bright spot through a switch box to a monitor. In addition, an optimum tilt angle of the optical pickup head is obtained by a reader through calculation by a host, outputting a second bright spot through the switch box to the monitor. Therefore, the first bright is coincided with the second bright spot by a adjustment mechanism and according to picture switch by the switch box, reading optimum tilt angle adjustment. Furthermore, individual tilt angle of each optical pickup head is calculated by a host for satisfying adjustment of different tilt angles with different optical paths in reading CD and DVD discs.

  • Patent number: 6830372
Abstract: A thermal testing control system for notebook computers, remotely controlled by a control means, is described. An enclosure can test notebook computers in its inner space under a predetermined temperature. A temperature sensor, mounted in the testing room is electrically connected to the control means. A blower is mounted in one opening, and electrically connected to the control means. If the temperature measured by the temperature sensor is higher than the predetermined temperature, the blower begins to operate.

  • Patent number: 6826963
Abstract: A panel testing apparatus is used to test the panel of a mainframe. When the panel is to be opened, the panel separates from the mainframe after the opening apparatus touches the switch. The fastening apparatus can clamp the front side of the panel easily because the lifting apparatus moves the panel to a higher position away from said mainframe. The panel and the rotating apparatus can rotate simultaneously. When closing said panel is desired, the rotating apparatus can push the back side of the panel. The panel and the rotating apparatus rotate toward the mainframe simultaneously until the switch locks the mainframe.
