Abstract: The present application provides a method for determining a stability of a welding equipment. The method includes acquiring initial welding images of the welding equipment; obtaining at least one welding spot position of each of at least one welded workpiece in each initial welding image by processing the initial welding images; determining a welding center position of each welded workpiece based on the at least one welding spot position of each welded workpiece, and obtaining welding center positions of all welded workpieces comprised in the initial welding images; and determining a stability of welding equipment based on the welding center positions of all welded workpieces. The method determines whether the welding equipment is stable by analyzing the welding images, thereby improving an accuracy of a detection of a stability of the welding equipment.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a semiconductor device includes the steps of: providing a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises a MRAM region and a logic region; forming a magnetic tunneling junction (MTJ) on the MRAM region; forming a top electrode on the MTJ; and then performing a flowable chemical vapor deposition (FCVD) process to form a first inter-metal dielectric (IMD) layer around the top electrode and the MTJ.

Abstract: An operating system switching method is provided. The operating system switching method is for a computer system comprising a control unit, a memory unit, and a storage unit, wherein the storage unit comprises a first operating system and a second operating system. The steps of the method include: loading the first operating system and the second operating system into a first memory space and a second memory space of the memory unit, respectively, and setting the first memory space and the second memory space to a working state and a standby state, respectively; and performing a first switching of the operating systems, and setting the first memory space and the second memory space to the standby state and the working state.

Abstract: An instant sugar-coated powdered beverage includes a water-soluble dehydrated beverage substance and an enclosure. The enclosure is a hollow case made of sugar for sealing the dehydrated beverage substance therein. The enclosure includes an upper half cover and a lower half cover, which are bonded together by coating a layer of syrup over a joint therebetween. When the syrup is set, a complete enclosure is formed. The dehydrated beverage substance is positioned in the lower half cover before the upper half cover is bonded to the lower half cover. After the complete enclosure is formed, the dehydrated beverage substance is sealed in the enclosure.
