  • Publication number: 20130289778
Abstract: A sensor terminal location calculator calculates the location of a sensor terminal based on the distance to the sensor terminal obtained by each of a plurality of wireless adapters installed in a living space. Based on the calculated sensor terminal location and installation location information for each air-conditioning device (indoor device), a related air-conditioning device identifier identifies from among the plurality of air-conditioning devices (indoor devices), a related device that influences the environment in the vicinity of the sensor terminal. Based on the difference between the temperature detected by the identified related device and the temperature detected by the sensor, a corrected set temperature calculation unit corrects a target value for the temperature used by the related device for environmental control. A set temperature control executor controls the related device based on the corrected target value.

  • Publication number: 20130261805
Abstract: An air conditioning management device is mutually communicably connected to multiple air conditioners, and is equipped with: a storage that stores connection information that indicate remote control devices respectively controlling the plurality of air conditioners, the air conditioners connected thereto; a wasteful operation determiner that determines whether or not any of the plurality of air conditioners are in a wasteful operating state; and a wasteful operation notifier which, in the case where wasteful operation determiner determines that at least one of the plurality of air conditioners is in a wasteful operating state, notifies that the air conditioner is in a wasteful operating state to the remote control device connected to that air conditioner, on the basis of the connection information stored in the storage.

  • Publication number: 20130168038
Abstract: An air conditioner control device controls a plurality of air conditioners installed at different positions in a predetermined living room space. A memory unit manages presence and absence data on people who are in a room air-conditioned by each of the air conditioners. Based on the managed presence and absence data, a number-of-people-in-the-room calculation unit calculates, on a per-air-conditioner basis, the number of people who are in the room air-conditioned by each of the air conditioners. A control time determination unit increases or decreases the control time during which an energy saving control of each of the air conditioners is executed, depending on the calculated number of people in the room. A control execution unit repeatedly executes the energy saving control of each of the air conditioners, according to the determined control time.

  • Publication number: 20130166074
Abstract: The present invention adjusts the discharge rate or discharge direction of air-conditioned air discharged from the discharge openings of air conditioners (301 to 308) according to the occupancy rates of work areas in the air-conditioned regions of the air conditioners (301 to 308). In this way, the work areas are intensively air-conditioned and the aisles and the space where cabinets and multifunctional machines are provided are moderately air-conditioned. Consequently, creating a comfortable environment around the users working in the work areas and reduce the energy consumption required for air-conditioning is possible.

  • Publication number: 20130131872
Abstract: An air conditioning control device includes; a storage unit configured to store a drawing illustrating a floorplan indicating where one or more air conditioners are installed and separated areas within the floorplan; an area specifying unit configured to specify areas where the one or more air conditioners are installed on the basis of the stored drawing; a number specifying unit configured to specify the number of air conditioners within the respective specified areas; and an air conditioner control unit configured to control operation of each air conditioner within the specified areas on the basis of the specified number of air conditioners. This permits automatically specifying the positions of each air conditioner and the number of air conditioners on the basis of the drawing, thereby facilitating input setting for each air conditioner.

  • Publication number: 20130123992
Abstract: An air-conditioning control device controls a plurality of air-conditioners (indoor devices) disposed at different locations within a predetermined living room space. A data manager stores location information for each air-conditioner (indoor device). A distance calculator calculates a distance between respective air-conditioners (indoor devices) based on the location information. A control order setter sets, based on the distance between respective air-conditioners (indoor devices) calculated by the distance calculator, a control order of each air-conditioner (indoor device) on which energy-saving control is to be performed in such a way that time spans for performing the energy-saving control that controls respective air-conditioners (indoor devices) for a predetermined time to suppress power consumption in respective sections of the living room space are balanced.
